MHSAA SPORTS PHYSICAL FORM
For the 2024-25 school year, an MHSAA pre-participation sports physical is required for all students who participate in sports. A physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2024 to be considered a valid physical for 2024-25. If the student does not have an up-to-date physical (one on or after April 15, 2024), they will be required to have one turned into the Athletic Office before participating in any sport. PHYSICAL APPOINTMENTS
Standish-Sterling will have a NEW "School-Based Health Center" (SBHC) that will be open starting July 8th.
The hours of operation will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from
7:30am-4pm. Because we will have an NP on site,
we will be conducting all sports physicals and well child exams through
the SBHC.
Any time
starting July 8th, families can call 989-654-2491 (select the option for SBHC) to schedule their children
to come get their physicals at a time that
is convenient for them.
SSC will not have physicals at the high school this year.
A parent/legal guardian must attend with
the athlete in case of any medical questions or issues. The physical
form will need to be filled out completely before seeing a medical
person (form below). If you have glasses, you will need to bring them
with you. Please wear athletic type clothing that is loose
fitting.

For all playoff games in every sport, you will need to purchase tickets through GoFan per MHSAA.

Search school: type in your school name
A list of event(s) will come up: select the event you need tickets for
Click on ‘get tickets’
Choose the number of tickets you want to purchase, then click on ‘buy now’
It will ask you to sign in or be a guest purchaser
If a guest purchaser, enter your information and select ‘$14.00’ (whatever the cost you will be paying’). You can create an account at this time also, for future use.
After the purchase is complete, select ‘view’ ticket(s) to manage or transfer your tickets.
